Painting Adventures of Life and Travel
I have been painting in oil for over 30 years. A mixture of impressionism and abstraction are often found in my work. My studio is located on St. Simons Island, GA where I paint daily. My paintings are inspired by art adventures around the globe. My favorite subjects express my feelings from Africa, Italy, France, Spain the US and many other ports of call. Landscapes often find people doing work, play or family activities. Color, form and shape are enhanced by my use of palette knife, rag, brush and fingers. Anything to push paint around.
